I grew up in a small suburb of Memphis before moving to the Nashville area as a teenager with my family. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.
I obtained my Florida real estate license in 2004 and soon began working with one of the top real estate teams in Naples, the Chiodo Group. I moved on to become one of the top new home consultants for Florida’s largest home builder Lennar Homes. I later became a sale manager for Landmark Homes, a luxury custom home builder.
I also worked as mortgage officer for an affiliate of Wells Fargo while my wife and I were traveling. She was a travel nurse who now does hospice care. We have
lived the Villages since 2022, first near Sawgrass Grove and now in the Brownwood area.
I am an avid golfer and have played almost every executive and championship course in The Villages. Probably the most interesting thing about me is I have been fortunate enough to visit almost every U.S. state and Canadian province. We also have driven the Alaska Canada highway 8 times.
