Originally from Tennessee, I moved to Florida for college, graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers.
I started selling real estate in in 2004 working with one of the top real estate teams in Naples, the Chiodo Group. I moved on to become a top new home consultant for Florida’s largest home builder Lennar Homes. I later became a sale manager for Landmark Homes.
I also worked as mortgage officer for an affiliate of Wells Fargo, while my wife and I traveled, as she was a traveling nurse. Interestingly, we drove the entire Alcan (Alaska Canada) highway 8 times and were fortunate to visit almost every U.S. state and Canadian province.
We moved to the Villages in 2021. In my free time, you will find me on a golf course, as I am an avid golfer having played almost every executive and championship course in The Villages.
